In an economy that constantly exerts pressure to downsize staff and maximize profit, there is a growing trend in the use of business-to-business alliances. These relationships keep costs down, allow DHC to dedicate staff to the client, eliminate the learning curve required by new contractors, and increase the ability to turn projects quickly.

As an alliance partner, DHC is responsible for day-to-day project operations, preparing and sending out bid packages, awarding client-approved contracts, and performing many other tasks that formerly taxed client resources. DHC also reviews all subcontractor change order requests for validity, submits itemized monthly invoices, and maintains records of each project in a manner that complies with the client’s audit requirements.
