Commercial A Class Superintendent
5 years minimum experience in the lead supervision position on commercial projects valued at 1 million – 10 million.
Must possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial building construction inclusive of all CSI construction divisions and have an understanding of the means & methods required to build a project from the foundation to completion.
Should possess a working knowledge of AIA contract documentation to include plans, specifications and management of multiple subcontractors and trades in a construction environment taking responsibility for safety, quality assurance, task delineation and ultimate responsibility for building the project per the contract documents.
Should be proficient in conducting subcontractor / supplier preconstruction meetings, owner communication and contract scope review with subs task scheduling from pre construction and ultimately is responsible for bringing a project plan to fruition within time and budget constraints.
